HIGH PEAK COFFEE CO. – is a small high quality coffee producer and exporter specialized in Washed, Natural and Honey processes. It is originally located on the breathtaking Chaparrastique Volcano in San Miguel, El Salvador. Our main focus is the production of specialty coffee with superior characteristics; orienting our work to satisfy the needs of the most demanding markets.

Agroindustria Santa Isabel was Founded

Federico III retires and launches Agroindustria Santa Isabel, S.A. de C.V. a company dedicated to the processing and commercialization of specialty coffee.

Federico García-Prieto III Joins the company

Federico García-Prieto III Joins the company primarily to work in the commercial sector. His role was to look over the western sector of the country.

Prieto, S.A is Constituted

The company Prieto, S.A is constituted. A family owned, family run business to the date in all sectors: Commercial Management, Coffee Processing and Coffee Exports.

Federico García-Prieto II joins the company

Federico García-Prieto II joins the company primarily to look over the agricultural sector. He was responsible for the production of the grains in all farms, reaching important production numbers and creating a great benefit in the processing and commercial sectors.

Processing Plant & Export

Federico acquired the first coffee processing plant for his production on eastern El Salvador, and starts a processing and export business under the commercial name “Federico G. Prieto”

Registered as a Producer

Federico García-Prieto Napoli registers into the coffee sector as a producer, planting and harvesting coffee in the San Miguel Volcano
