Yellow Honey Coffee

Yellow Honey has the fastest drying of the honey category. Our Yellow Honey Specialty Coffee is dried fully under sunlight in raised African style beds or clay brick patios for an average of 8 days to complete the drying process. For this process, the coffee is turned daily by hand to ensure that all cherries are evenly dried. Because this coffee receives full sunlight, it becomes a light-yellow color after the drying process is finished.
